Now Senior students of GBTU will Teach junior Students
GBTU(Gautam Buddh Technical University is now come up with a new innovative Implementation that senior students of college will teach junior students. As there are less n. of faculty members in all colleges so GBTU decided to take help of bright Senior students. Senior Students will take classes of weak students only. GBTU has instructed colleges to select some students fo this purpose. Students of the penal will also get good payment per hour.
GBTU has started the trial with IET, Lucknow. GBTU had decided to give extra classes to weak students but it was not possible because of limited staff, so GBTU decided that Senior students may be a good option. And GBTU also instructed how to select the students. Final year topper will also in penal who can recommend implentation to be done in syllabus. And GBTU will pay the students for teaching according to time. This is a innovative approach. Teachers are also excited to see the results as university. It will help all weak students. This program will be implemented in all Colleges of GBTU by the end of this month. GBTU wants maxm participation of students.
